Continental Blend
The Continental Blend is a medium-dark roast in the central Italian style. We take our finest estate brazil and roast it to its optimum dark roasted colour. The result is a full bodied and low acid coffee, with rich notes of cocoa nibs and bittersweet chocolate.
Tasting notes: Cocoa nibs, bittersweet chocolate, brûlée sugar
Champagne Blend
The Champagne Blend is a blend of high grown Central American, and a sweet, mild Brazilian coffee. We roast each variety individually to ensure the optimum roast level and flavour profile at the medium roast level. The resulting cup displays a mild citrus acidity, which perfect compliments the roasted nuts and caramel of the roast.
Tasting notes: Citrus, roasted hazelnuts, cream caramel
Potenza Blend
The Potenza is an espresso in the lighter North American style. We roast this coffee to balance the caramelized and uncaramelized sugars. The resulting cup displays outstanding sweetness and fine acidity, with no trace of bitterness.
Tasting notes: Almonds, baking spice, Demerara sugar
Suprema Blend
The Suprema blend strikes a balance between the intense pungency of an Italian roast, and the subtlety of a city roast. The Suprema blend is suitable for espresso or for those who enjoy their coffee dark, but without being overly bitter.
Tasting notes: Dark chocolate, browned butter, caramel
Dark French
Our French roasted beans have been roasted to a degree that the natural characteristics of the bean have been muted, particularly any acidic notes. Bittersweet and smoky tones dominate the flavour.
Tasting notes: Smoke, 99% cacao
As We Drink It
We select the finest high grown coffees from Central and South America and blend them to create a perfectly balanced cup. We then add a fraction of our Dark French roast coffee for a smoky punch of flavour.
Tasting notes: Sweet, smooth and lively. A well-balanced breakfast blend.
Espresso Prima
Our Espresso Prima blend is a classic Italian style espresso with bittersweet flavours and minimal acidity.
Tasting notes: Browned butter, 90% cacao
